By using Zonely you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Zonely provides NSW property planning intelligence derived from publicly available NSW Government data. We do not verify addresses or planning outcomes independently.

2. Not advice

Zonely does NOT provide financial, legal, or planning advice. All outputs are informational only. You must consult a licensed professional (town planner, solicitor, valuer) before acting.

3. Data accuracy

Data is sourced from NSW ePlanning and other government portals. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. NSW Government data may lag actual planning changes.

4. Subscription + refunds

Pro/Team plans bill monthly. Cancel any time. 14-day prorated refund on unused portion.

5. Prohibited use

No scraping, redistribution of raw data, or reselling reports as your own product without a Team plan.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

7. Governing law

NSW, Australia. Disputes resolved in Sydney courts.
