Zonely ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.

1. What we collect

When you use Zonely we may collect: email address (only if you sign up), addresses you query, timestamps of your queries, IP address, and browser user-agent. We do not collect payment card data — Stripe handles that.

2. How we use it

To provide the service, prevent abuse, improve accuracy, and (if you consent) send you occasional product updates. We never sell your data.

3. Data sharing

We share only with sub-processors necessary to operate the service (hosting, email delivery). Full sub-processor list available on request.

4. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@zonely.com.au. We will respond within 30 days per APP requirements.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only. No advertising or tracking cookies.
