Do you cover all NSW councils?▾
Yes — all 128 NSW LGAs are indexed. Rural councils may have less-detailed data if their LEP has fewer digital layers.
Do you sell my searches?▾
No. We do not share query data with anyone.
Is this legal or financial advice?▾
No. Zonely is a data tool. Always confirm with a licensed planner, solicitor, or valuer.
Can I use this for other states?▾
Currently NSW only. Victoria + QLD on the roadmap.
How often is data refreshed?▾
Zoning and planning-control data is fetched live from NSW ePlanning every time you run a report.
Can I export reports?▾
PDF export with your own branding is available on the Pro plan.
What is the refund policy?▾
Cancel any time. Prorated refund on unused portion of Pro or Team subscriptions if within 14 days.
